Refund & Cancellation Policy

Macooler Pro subscriptions are sold through Polar, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Macooler Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We will refund your most recent payment to your original payment method.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, Macooler Pro remains active until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not renew. Except where required by law or covered by the 14-day guarantee above, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@macooler.com with the order or receipt number from your Polar confirmation email, or use the cancel/refund link included in that Polar receipt. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
4. Free version
The free version of Macooler is provided at no cost, so no payment or refund is involved.
